SoftBela started with salons and barbershops in Mozambique, where clients pay by mobile money, teams share one counter computer and owners often run more than one branch. Those needs shaped the product: local payment methods, VAT-inclusive pricing, multi-unit accounts and a Windows app for the point of sale.
